Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in new condition and in unopened packaging.Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase.Defective items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase.If you purchased your items with a credit card, you must provide the same credit card to receive a refund.There is a 5% restocking fee for all refunds made to a credit card.If you purchased your items with a check, a check for the refund amount will be mailed to you.Eligible items returned within 10-30 days of the original purchase may be returned for exchange only. No returns after 30 days.Slatwall panel, special order, assembled items, glass displays, glass shelving and used item sales are final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you should receive damaged or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Special notes about freight delivery:
You must be present to receive and inspect items shipped by freight. It is your obligation to inspect and count freight items within a reasonable amount of time prior to the driver leaving. Damaged or short shipments must be noted on the drivers receipt and witnessed by the driver or it will be considered damage after receipt and not eligible for exchange or refund. We recommend acquiring your own assistance in receiving and inspecting your shipment. Any detention fees charged by the freight company for taking an unusual amount of time to receive and inspect your items will be paid by you, the customer. Please be aware that drivers will not carry your items inside. It is normally your responsibility to receive items from the truck, removing them yourself. Freight companies charge an extra fee for the use of a lift gate to get your merchandise to the ground. Freight shipments generally arrive in 7-10 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Freight companies charge extra fees if you would like your shipment on a specific date and/or time. Special instructions, guaranteed delivery date, use of a lift gate, delivery inside, limited access delivery, re-delivery and delivery by appointment must be pre-arranged and require extra fees. It is imperative that you check your invoice to make sure all requested delivery services are on the invoice. Please call us to arrange for any special needs you may have and we will work with you to get the best price and attempt to meet all your freight needs.
