Most orders ship from our Florida warehouse, and we work closely with trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive on time and in great condition — all while passing our discounted rates directly on to you.
We ship nationwide within the United States, serving independent retailers, smoke shops, boutiques, and businesses across the country.
Shipping Methods
UPS Ground Shipping
Smaller fixtures and accessories — such as hooks, shelves, or slatwall hardware — typically ship via UPS.
Deliveries are brought right to your door, but not inside.
If you need inside delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a special delivery option.
Freight / Truck Shipping
Larger items such as glass display cases, counters, checkout wraps, and gondola shelving ship by freight truck.
Truck deliveries are curbside only — drivers do not unload or carry items into your business unless this service is pre-arranged.
If you’d like help unloading or moving your fixtures inside, we can coordinate a White Glove Delivery Service (additional fee applies). This includes professional packaging, protective strapping, and in-store delivery assistance.
Backorders
On rare occasions, an item may be temporarily out of stock.
If that happens, we’ll notify you right away. You won’t be charged until the item ships, and backordered products will be sent as soon as they’re available.
Drop Ship Orders
Some fixtures and accessories are shipped directly from our vendor partners. These items may arrive separately and could take a few extra days in transit.
Because they’re shipped directly from the manufacturer, drop-shipped items are not returnable.
Custom & Pre-Assembled Orders
Custom or pre-assembled fixtures — including custom display cases, special-size counters, or color-matched cabinetry — require additional production time, typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Because these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned.
Receiving Your Shipment
When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect your shipment before signing for it.
If any cartons are missing or damaged, note it on the Bill of Lading and notify the carrier immediately. Then contact our team — we’ll help guide you through the next steps.
Proper inspection at delivery helps us ensure quick replacement or resolution if anything is damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization Number.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note:
- Custom, pre-assembled, or drop-shipped items cannot be returned.
- Clearance or special-order items are final sale.
